Emergencies

1. Urgent cases
As Pendleton is an out-patient clinic, there are some urgent cases that we can and cannot handle. In such cases, please call the clinic. Your call will be directed to the nurse who will establish whether you need to bring your child in immediately or you can be seen at the next available appointment time or you need take your child to a hospital emergency room directly. When the nurse advises to come in immediately, the most available doctor will see the child.

2. Life Threatening Emergencies
Call an ambulance service like SES ☎737 (www.ses-zambia.com); Emergency Response Zambia ☎8800, 0211-251117 or 0211-236242, CHAMP Zambia; Medical Air Rescue Zambia; Or take your child to your nearest hospital emergency room.
